Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your camp registration, you must notify us in writing via email at 76ersfantasycamp@esfcamps.com. 

Cancellations are subject to the processing fees – cancellations BEFORE to January 15, 2025, will have the following options: 

Cancellations BEFORE January 15, 2025 
Participants who choose to cancel will receive a full refund, minus a $500 cancellation fee (which will be processed within 30 business days of cancellation notification). 

Cancellations AFTER January 15, 2025 
You will receive a CREDIT for the 2026 season for tuition paid minus the $500 cancellation fee.
